As a single New Yorker, who likes to eat out, I am amazed by the “single friendly” variability encountered at restaurants. So, rather than seeing this as a glass half empty situation… we are going to turn a crappy situation into an opportunity! Welcome to “Just One”…. That phrase we all utter when we walk into a restaurant by ourselves…. as if our “one” wasn’t enough!
